Market dynamics for small holders in Pakistan is very similar to that of India. Found a lot of smilarity in your thoughts. Good approach.

In India Milk Co-operatives have contributed a lot in uplifting rural livelihood. Now private enterpreneurs have come up with organized dairying and contributing a significant porportion in the total milk produce. In fact, private players are growing at a much fast pace.

Practical efforts are needed by government,NGOs and private enterpreuners for the rights of these small holders.
