THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE LISTED NATIONS IN THIS PROPOSAL SHOULD NOT BE TINKERED WITH WHEN IT COMES TO VERY SERIOUS TREATY SIGNING, ESPECIALLY AS CONCERNING AN AGENT OF THE UNITED NATIONS-FAO. TO SAY THE LEAST, THE COMING TOGETHER OF THESE COUNTRIES WAS NOT A MERE JAMBOREE, RATHER, IT WAS FOR SERIOUS ECONOMIC AND TERRITORIAL SECURITY OF ALL INVOLVED. THE TREATY IF FULLY INTO FORCE WOULD NOT ONLY CONTROL THE ILLICIT FISHING, AND THERE-BY FORESTALLING THE EXINCTION OF THE FISH SPECIES BUT ALSO DEPRIVE THE CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE SEA DOGS CALLED PIRATES ON THE HIGH SEAS ACROSS THE GLOBE,ESPECIALLY THE IMPORTANT COMMERCIAL ROUTE AROUND THE HORN OF AFRICA. I WISH THE UN HAPPY DELIBRATION VIA ITS SUBSTANTIVE COMMITTEE THAT WILL TAKE UP THE RESPONSIBILITY OF NEXT DECISION- MAKING PROCESS.GOD BLESS.
