Recently we have installed an extruder line in our factory to produce fish feed , but we have problems with moisture controlling. Can anyone offer advice to resolve this problem?

ur extruder or dryer vendor should be trained ur staf to operate that, and it must be have a manual book.
by my experiences, we used a geelen counterflow dryer, its excellent dryer. easy to operate and adjust.
our dryer can save some memories for some recipe (type of floating feed), so we run a memory of setting for a recipe.
technically, u have to try and error any setting of parameter, specially the first u must adjust the temperatur setting (low temperatur low consumption of steam so low cost), and then u can adjust ur air fan blower.
hope its usefull.
