From the 28th to 29th June, the feed industry from Argentina gathered in Buenos Aires for this year’s VI Argentine Congress of Animal Nutrition – CAENA.
At CAENA, for the first time, Addcon products (Formi, Formi NDF and Kofa Feed) were presented by the local company Magiar at their stand in the main hall. Addcon was represented by Nicolas Greiffenstein, Technical Application Manager for Latin America and Dr. Stevan Petrovic, Technical Consultant.
With more than 30 main exhibitors from across the country and the world, CAENA a very important event in Argentina, which is held every other year. This event was dedicated to the training of actors related to nutrition and animal production and to present the latest developments and scientific technical advances in the area of animal nutrition and production.
Existing customers enjoyed a personal visit with people from Magiar and Addcon specialists, in order to be updated on the effect of our products. On the second day, a workshop was held on the topic of banning antibiotics in animal nutrition, where Nicolas Greiffenstein held a lecture on the effect of diformiates as an alternative to antibiotics in animal nutrition. Many new contacts were also established, showing the tremendous potential for our products on the Argentinean market.

A huge ‘thank you’ to the whole team of Magiar for the successful fair and presentation of Addcon products - we are all already looking forward to participating at VII Argentine congress of animal nutrition.
