Poultry breeding is a very complex, time consuming passionate work and one should enjoy this profession while working for such a noble and rarest task arround the globe. There are few trats those are possitively coorelated with each and therefore are relatively easy to improve. But there are other traits which have negative relationship with each other and are very different to improve as achievements in one may have adverse effect in other trait. This needs lot of exposure and dedicated experience. Indian poultry industry is evolved to more professional, with best product along with welfare traits during last 20 years and will continue the same in years to come.
