Bronchitis in Poultry is the infectious disease that destroys whole the farm , this mostly its good to use broncho-dilators therapy is characterized primarily by respiratory signs. Infection with may also lead to kidney problems (nephritis) and problems with egg production and egg quality in laying and breeder hens.

Vector vaccine technology solved great problems of many diseases world wide or at least in my area (middle east) like ILT, ND as both ILT & ND expressed by only one serotype, so it succeeded. But IB still great problem & it is difficult to broad protection against different serotypes at the time IB virus has great affinity to mutate & gives other new serotypes to threat poultry industry & till now there is difficulty to insert more than one serotype in one vector virus, so i think it is good idea to use S2 gene but still important to try challenge with other serotypes to be sure that S2 is capable to express all IB serotypes
