Advances in Autogenous Vaccines: challenges and opportunities

Calier is thrilled to report the success of our conference "Advances in Autogenous Vaccines: challenges and opportunities", in which we brought together more than 50 veterinarians and poultry and swine specialists to share the latest news on autogenous vaccines in Europe.

It was a pleasure to have the collaboration of Gerfried Zeller, General Director of the Association of European Manufacturers of Autogenous Vaccines, of which we are a part. Also was amazing to receive Isaura Christiaens, Scientific Manager of Virology at Poulpharm bvb and Rosario Bullido, Head of the Medicines Area BIO-INMUNO from the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Products (Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios) for a first part in which we explore the current legislative context of autogenous vaccines.

Later, we were able to enjoy a session with a more practical approach, where swine and poultry specialists were able to resolve doubts about the application of autogenous vaccines on farms and the advantages that they represent over other solutions.

It was a very rewarding day to encourages us to continue advancing in autogenous vaccines to help our clients to deal the present and future challenges.
