The Poultry Research Foundation, in conjunction with WPSA -Australian Branch, cordially invites you to the 35th Australian Poultry Science Symposium at the Sheraton Grand Sydney, Hyde Park.
The Australian Poultry Science Symposium (APSS) is the premier avian science conference in Australia, attracting delegates from right across the country and around the world. This year our conference will focus on an over-arching theme of: “Frontier Science - Integrating Nutrition, Gut Health and Welfare”.
APSS 2024 will be exclusively FACE-TO-FACE, although recordings may be made available after the event. The conference will start at lunch-time on Monday 19th of February 2024, allowing delegates time to fly in Monday morning, settle in and socialise prior the symposium opening. Morning tea and lunch will still be included for all delegates on Monday as well.
APSS 2024 will feature keynote presentations on breeder nutrition, genetics, welfare, relationship between microbiome and producrtivity, recent advances in antibiotic-free production and much more. The conference will continue to have an array of excellent international and domestic invited speakers.
The scientific sessions will commence from 1.00 pm on Monday and conclude at 5:00pm Wednesday.
