Forum: Poultry Data Management System
With most data management software systems having failed to cater the industry , I am wondering if there is a good system out there that i might not have come across . P.S - I have personally explored most if not all the data poultry management systems, but so far none are even close to the standards.
Couldn't agree more with you Dr Roy. I am a consultant to more than an dozen poultry majors and a software to cater the industry was literally non existent for the past years. I had looked into all available software options starting from a few releases from America including the newly launched SAP and intelli, but they have failed miserably to cater even the basic needs, let alone a decent interface.
Good news though is coming from your country Dr Roy, i am not sure if you have come across a software called ifloc from India? do check it out. I was absolutely thrilled during the demonstration. This software brings much relief to the industry and i am looking at implementing the software my clients. I was amazed by the kind depth, simplicity and efficiency of this software, plus the package is appropriately priced. I would suggest all professionals have look at this software. i cant remember their website but i am sure you can google for ifoc to find their details. or Drop me a line if you would like me to send you their contact details.
