PSA ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS MARCH 5TH

This is a reminder that the deadline for the Submission of Abstracts for the 2015 PSA Annual Meeting is 11:59 PM, Central Time, March 5th. The 2015 PSA Annual Meeting will be held July 27-30, at the Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.
The Abstract Submission site is located at http://www.poultryscience.org/psa15/abs.asp. It is very important that all authors submitting abstracts read the instructions and other documents prior to submitting an abstract.
For those presenting a poster, the size for posters is 42" wide x 48" high. Presenters must furnish their own push pins or Velcro. Posters must be in place by 12:00 noon on Monday, July 27th, so plan your travel accordingly. All presenting authors, including students, are REQUIRED to be present by their poster from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Tuesday, July 28th. Posters cannot be removed until Thursday, July 30th, beginning at 10:30 am. All posters must be removed by 12:00 noon.
Students submitting an abstract for the student competition must:
  • Be a PSA student member at the time the abstract is submitted.
  • Be listed as the First Author.
  • Submit only ONE abstract for the student competition — you may submit other abstracts in the open sessions.
  • Remember to check the correct boxes in the submission site and submit your abstract in the correct section, e.g., Student Competition.
  • Submit your abstract and enter your email address under your own name to ensure that you receive important emails sent to presenters.
Students participating in the Student Award of Excellence Competition are REQUIRED to be present by their poster during the competition, which will be held on Tuesday, July 28th, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
If you have any questions, please contact Jon Cole, Director of Business Operations, at 217-356-5285 or jon.cole@poultryscience.org. We look forward to seeing you in Louisville!
