Applegate will have lectures at WPC 2016 in China and PSA-Latin America Symposium in Brazil

Dr. Todd Applegate, Department Head and Professor of Poultry Science at the University of Georgia, will appear at the XXV World’s Poultry Congress (WPC 2016) in Beijing, where numerous experts from around the globe will present their latest investigations. This congress, co-hosted by the China Branch of the World’s Poultry Science Association (WPSA-CN) and the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine (CAAV), will be held next week from September 5-9.
Applegate's lecture, "Meat duck nutrition – formulation considerations across genetic and feedstuff resources", will start at 10:30 am on September 8th in Room 311B of the China National Convention Center.
Later in the year, Applegate will participate at a Symposium of the Poultry Science Association-Latin America in Brazil, on October 4-6, and his lecture at this event will be "Nutrient-Mineral Interactions: Understanding Effects of Minerals on Key Enzyme Functions – in the Feed and in Physiology".
