Thanks for sharing and needs more inputs regarding that vaccine like its incubation time and you also discussed on microflora means that is additional cost with vaccine. And my openion is if bird microfloras are higher side than through good management we can protect the bird form salmonella. Hope so you have much experience please share in further details

You are right depending on the situation and feed used just vaccination is not enough to keep out bacterial diseases. Oral vaccine is depending on aim, broilers or layers given twice or three times, usually just a single time isn't enough for layers . In broilers sometimes it is, however it's improvement is increased if you use during a small time frame probiotics to improve intestinal stability and increase feed conversion
During several experiments we have shown that if 76% of the birds is immune, it is enough to protect the rest of the animals. Although we prefer to have an immune protection of close to 100%
It has been shown that if the microflora of the birds is optimized the birds are less vulnerable for salmonella campylobacter and coccidiosis
