I think USA has a strong program effective program to control any outbreak of HPAI because they use high Technilogy for diagnostic and elimination of the focus of infection and that give certanty of doing the right things in comparison with other countries and beside that one strong advantage of UsA is that they trade a very few live birds eliminating the possibility to spread the disease as happen in Mexico or other emerge economies as China , or other counties where is very common to tread live chickens in the wet markets .
