PIC has appointed Jason Zhu to the position of General Manager of PIC China. He brings more than 19 years of agribusiness experience in China and Canada, including 7 years as business management and marketing specialist of the China Canada Lean Swine Project.
Since 2002 he worked for Hypor in China, initially as Sales Manager and then Chief Representative. Jason is a graduate of the Northwestern Agricultural University, Shaanxi and holds an MSc and MBA from the University of Saskatchewan.
Commenting on the appointment Andrew Bateson, Managing Director of PIC Asia, said "PIC has established a solid platform in China over the last 10 years, with unrivalled nationwide production, sales and service infrastructure. We are now ready to take our business there to the next level, and I am delighted that Jason has joined us to direct the campaign.
