The proposed study has merit. However, I think that in the case of piglets in the nursery phase, the number of repetitions (6) was low, considering that only two animals per experimental unit were used. A second consideration is the lack of reference treatment, where the lysine level would be obtained without the addition of synthetic lysine. A third consideration is regarding Figure 1, where the representation of LRP does not seem adequate.
