• Assist the project team in identifying problems or success prevailing with agriculture and aquaculture component of the project (G1-G4) and collect different data as per requirement
• Design and implement research trials in participation with other stakeholders of the project
• Monitor the project activities and outcomes in the light of project goals in co-operation with the various project teams.
• Work directly with partner institutions to motivate and train their staff members to contribute to and utilize the M&E system
• Develop tools which could be applied to analyze existing situation and monitor trials quantitatively as well as qualitatively
• Collect different types of data as well as Most significant changes stories as project needed
• Oversee the data collection method and ensure accuracy for all information collected from project participants by respective staff
• Facilitate and conduct relevant training for all staff including frequent coaching and mentoring support
• Coordinate and oversee partners staffs assigned in three districts to implement the project activities
• Verify data sheet, data encoded, data entry, data checking and primary analysis.
• Prepare data tables; and
• Prepare short monthly report on the issues and events of the assigned task.
