6+ years living in China and providing technical service to the Chinese and Asian animal health and feed industries; 19 years total experience working in the animal feed industry throughout Asia and Latin America. 6 years lecturing in food quality and safety in the International School at Jinan University in Guangzhou, China. Prior to this, 13 years working in the Canadian grain and oilseed industry (primarily in canola research and market development), with a focus on export markets in Asia and Latin America.
