Very informative article. Does anyone know the proper mechanism by which mycotoxins, particularly aflatoxin, ochratoxin, ZON and DON, affect fermentation?

Any toxin binder having glucomannan is excellent for mycotoxins and Mycosorb is a world renowned product. Beet pulp is very prone towards fungus growth. If concentrated Nacl is applied against the walls of bunker, it can also inhibit the growth of fungus responsible for the production of aflatoxin. During the feeding of beet pulp, it would be better to use toxin binder (glucomannan) compulsory.
