Hi all, am new to the Poultry world(was previously involved in the pig industry) and wish to know what the life expectancy of a bird would be as a egg layer????

1) With an ear notcher.
2)Each colour represents a four mouth period. You can write the number of the sow with a special permanent marker. You can also hole bunch the tag or notch it to make it even easier.
3) Plastic are the best and easiest to use.
4) When they are vaccinated for the second time for Erysorb and Parvac, so at about 24-27 weeks.
