Minimum broiler feed requirement (gram/day or gram/bird weight) for its survival and min. requirement for maximum weight gain

How long do you keep adding that extra 5gms? Till slaughter or for a certain number of days. Let's say I'm keeping the broiler chickens up to 12 weeks old. Thank you
