Is corn main sow for industrial starch, food, feed or ethanol? Then its different properties and yields, so its marketing price.A few will chosse non GMO varieties to feed animals, other white corn for tortillas, and country imports could go by lower price withour any qualityies.

@Luis Fernando Vergamini Luna Thank you. I also wonder about the effects of starch forms. In particular, is starch form responsible for peanut meal making incredible pellets compared to other protein sources? And I'm glad you said thermal comfort zone and not thermal neutral zone. Animals are always loosing heat to their environments as long as their body temperature is less than room temperature. ...

Hello, Dr., thank you for your comments. It is a good suggestion. There is one issue. Betaine is known as a methyl group donor that may change the course of the experiment and record new data. And if it plays a role in heat stress, we should look at the role of betaine in the production of glucose because the only way to get rid of stress is to produce glucose and maintain the body's sugar level s ...

For a discussion of the true protein content of feed ingredients and a pretty good N to true protein factor see Alhotan et al. (2024) https://doi.org/10.1080/23311932.2024.2428821. Of course it is better if true protein is determined from the sum of the amino acid residues. And then to balance true protein and dLYS see Alhotan and Pesti (2016) https://doi.org/10.1080/00071668.2016.1180666Some comme ...

Thanks for the detailed information regarding the many factors that humans should be concerned about in the production of animal products. Your enumeration of possible improvements in the reduction of the harmful elements is a great way to get some action. My contribution to that effort was the development of software to minimize the cost of the Feeds. The use of Linear programming in the Feed For ...

@Dr Kotaiah Talapaneni, A just hatched bird does not need to eat because it already has its own yolk sack. But the broiler has inherited a survival gene that makes its brain spark for FOOD.
They will eat mash, pelleted, whole, etc., to fulfill the 8 enunciated points. Until then, they will rest, but in an instant, they will have grown and need more feed.
