Dr.Talapaneni.Kotaiah you can do a solid state fermentation need longer but is very nice and effective. We finished some trials with organic farmers and the outcome is nice. you have 30% dry matter then and the benefit of more moisture can be nice if you cannot trim the peak or such things. fungus can be controlled and can show up in soya even when shiped dry and get wet during transport.
