I agree with Mr Jaydip. Reducing the protein and energy in the feed will hamper the growth rate; even reducing the daylength will do the same. So these two ideas are impractical in case of broiler. I have found in Assam the areas where iron content is hegher in water the SDS rate is also higher compared to the low iron areas. So i feel the salt content also may be the reason for SDS.
