My research area is applications of probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics in animal nutrition
Professional experience:
Livestock Farm manager 1984 to 1987, Production Manager 1087 to 1989. Livestock Production Consultant 1990 to 1997. University lecturing and research 1997 to date.
