Hi,Spent brewer's yeast, an abundant waste product of beer brewing, is fed as a protein supplement to a number of species in the range of 1-3% of daily rations. It would be interesting to know if anyone has looked at their circulating Ig profiles to see if they mimic the interesting studies done by Dr. Bonato with beta-glucan preps.
