At what age or weight is a pig ready for good pork?

1. I would like to know what determines the readiness of a pig for market, by age or by live mass and how old or what should be the correct live mass? Is it 45-50 kg?2. What concentrate feed can be given to piglets from 2 months old and how much (in kg. pls.) per piglet per day?
