The hoppers are heavy 14 ga. Mild steel or 304 stainless steel. Three vertical sides and 45 vertical sides minimize bridging and improve material flow.
The auger rotation is reversed after each batching cycle to guard against material leakage and cross-contamination.
The weighing system is tied to a four channel scale head which allows the operator to check inventory in each bin by push button or use serial communication to monitor the inventory from the batching panel.
