It's a very informative article about yeast products in the feed industry. It will be a good reading material for the beginners in the feed industry.

Good basic information about the yeast in the stock feed. But need to be supplemented with the some trials in the different animals. Do anyone have any data regarding effect of feeding dead yeast to the dairy, pigs. etc.

I am a cattle feed manufacturer. It is very good introduction of Yeast. I want to ask the combination with mineral mixture of Yeast, enzymes and soap fats. How helpful is in increasing milk production?

I agree with Dr. Ramzan. This article provides an excellent introduction to a variety of yeasts important to various fermentations. I am particularly interested in the wild yeasts found on the surface of unsprayed grapes, and how their catabolic reactions differ from commercial yeasts. I am interested in the fermentation products of these yeast and how they affect the flavor of the fermentation product. Thank you for the publication. Dr. David B. It is excellent article, in Egypt we used yeast combined with enzymes and or minerals for poultry feeding giving good results

Excellent article, but yet to know which yeast to use in cattle feed and how come they can survive in high temperature in the rumen.
