Cause and possible suggestion behind decrease in Milk fat content

Dear All Below is the Cattle feed formulation (standard) where my customer is getting complaints for decrease in milk fat content. The bulk of the roughages for ruminant feeding is derived from crop residues of rice, wheat, pulse, etc. Tree leaves, indigenous grasses, and cultivated fodder contribute little to the bulk. Ingredients : Maize (22%), Rice Broken - 2 (4%), Salt (2%), Rice Polish (10%), Rape Seed cake (3%), Deoiled Rice Barn (52%), Molasses (4%), Vitamin Premix (0.025%), LSP- Pow (3%). I can clearly see in formulation there is deficiency of Protein % and Vitamin Premix. Is that can be the probable cause?? Please suggest the reason behind same and possible suggestion.
