ANIMALIA ISTANBUL 2013 gathered Turkish and overseas direct and indirect exhibitors of 186 leading names in total that are operating in the field of bovine and ovine breeding and technologies and welcomed its visitors.
ANIMALIA ISTANBUL 2013, where companies unveiled their latest products and services, became the heart of livestock industry in Istanbul four days long. The event received 3856 professional guests for four days. 3429 of those were local and 427 were from the overseas.

On 6th of June which was the first day of the event Saniter Gida held a seminar with title of ‘Nutritive Values and Analysis Parameters of Feeds’ and on 7th of June, the second day of the exhibition, TETA Teknik Tarim’s ‘Milking and Herd Management in Ovine Breeding’ and Cemsan’s ‘Slaughterhouses in terms of Public Health and Food Safety in accordance with Law Number 5996’ were held. On the third day, 8th of June the organizer HKF Trade Fairs’ panel with the title of ‘Breeder Associations, Supports and Clues’ attracted great attention. Panelists were Agriculture Author Mr. Ali Ekber Yildirim, Board Chairman of Ör-Koop Mr. Ahmet Ertürk, Board Member of Anadolu Romanov Sheep Breeders Association Prof. Dr. Ebru Emsen, Board Chairman of Mandate Breeders Association of Istanbul Mr. Sezai Ural, Board Chairman of Sheep and Goat Breeders Association of Izmir Mr. Özer Türer and Technical Branch Expert of Cattle Breeders Association of Turkey Mr. Ibrahim Karakoyunlu. They answered the questions of the audience at the end of the panel. On the that day Bilim Saglik held a seminar with the title of ‘Importance of Veterinary Laboratories in Diagnosis of Animal Diseases’ as well.
