Home made Cattle concentrate in order to reduce cost.

Hello
Due to increase in cattle concentrate and fodder prices each year are margin in dairy business in reducing each year.Many farmer around the world have moved to home made concentrate in order to reduce the cost . It would be helpful to understand it more clearly if any one can help us formulating cattle concentrate from available things (Cotton seed cake+sunflower Cake +ground nut Cake+ Corn Grain +barley +Mineral Mixture)
In what proportion above material should be used and feed to cow .Also you can suggest any other add extra material to add above feed in order reduce the cost.
