Campina – Last appointments at the international dairy company

Mr J.M.M. (Hans) Lourens (44), who has served as General Counsel for international dairy company Campina since 2002, will become Director Corporate Affairs from 1 October 2006. He succeeds Mr J.L.M.H. (Jos) Clerx (57), who has accepted an appointment as Director of Stichting Pensioenfonds Campina from 1 December 2006.
As Director Corporate Affairs, Hans Lourens acts as Secretary to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of the Campina business. He is also responsible for legal and dairy policy affairs.
From 1 October 2006, E.P.D. (Eric) Heres, Director Corporate Communication, will hold responsibility for corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Jos Clerx appointed Director of Stichting Pensioenfonds Campina
The Board of Stichting Pensioenfonds Campina has appointed Mr J.L.M.H. (Jos) Clerx (57) as Director of the Campina pension fund foundation from 1 December 2006.
Mr Clerx has worked for Campina for many years, currently as Director Corporate Affairs. He is also a member of the Board of Stichting Pensioenfonds Campina. At Stichting Pensioenfonds Campina, he succeeds Henk Vis, who is taking early retirement.
