This is a wonderfully presented article as it lays bare the facts in a simple and interesting way. Although it is still a technical article in substance and form, the simplicity of presentation makes it an interesting and must read for anyone interested in dairy production.
The only issue is that for people used to the metric system and units, the conversion of the units will make it take longer to finish reading than understanding the substance being presented!!!!
I would like to suggest therefore that where possible both sets of units be applied where applicable.
