sorghum in broilers feed

Hello members, my name is Robel Ephrem. I am a post graduate student on animal production at Jimma University in Ethiopian. I am on the way to start my research on broilers nutrition in order to minimize the cost of the feed. So i like to have your comment I plan to replace maze with sorghum in broilers feed. What would you advice me to do and if you have any current issue (title) it will be welcome
