Fish feed pellet making machine is widely used for producing grains into high-grade aquatic feed pellets for all kinds of animals including fish, catfish, shrimps, crab, pets, livestocks etc. Floating fish feed pellet machine can be classified into dry type and wet type according to your requirement and production scale. Working principle: 1.After the material is sent into feeding device, they will be pressed by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized. 2.The pressed material will be formed into pellets by shaping mould. You can change different moulds to make pellets with different diameters. After that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required. Advantages of fish feed pellet making machine: Pellets can keep floating for 24 hours without pollution to water. Our machine can make pellet from diameter 1mm-12mm just by changing the mould. High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest. The cutting device can make pellets of different length. The wet type needs a boiler device. We can provice whole floating fish feed extruder plant for you. Raw material for making floating fish feed pellets: corn, bean, fish bone meal, grass powder, meat meal etc raw material. raw materials need grind into 60-80mesh. raw materials moisture content : 20-25%.

I mixed 40% of soya bean, 30% of maize grain, 10% rice bran, 10% wheat flour and 10% powder Silver fish. The result after extrusion failed to float. What could have been the problem?
