An antiviral capable of killing viruses in penaeid prawns has been developed by recombinant DNA. We'rere testing this 37.5 KDa peptide called RetroMAD1 on Koi Herpes Virus in the next few months. If this works, it may have a possibility to work against SVC as well. Please contact me if anyones interested in trials. This drug works at sub-parts per million level and possesses very low cytotoxicity.
