Biosecurity assessment program

At EuroTier Vilofoss launches the new Farm Biosecurity Assessment Program. The project took place when the Stalosan team realized that customers need more complex preventive services than cleaning and disinfection. The intention is to offer the best – a complete biosecurity assessment.

Biosecurity assessment is based on a questionnaire for both external and internal biosecurity measures. It collects the best practices and experiences around the world.

For the purpose the Stalosan team created a flexible software program, applicable worldwide with a multilingual support. It is objective in order to provide independent evaluation and user friendly, offering easy to understand result for the efficacy of the existing biosecurity system. Results are provided to the customers together with guidelines and advice if necessary on improvement of the preventive measures in order to achieve best protection of their animals.  It is a vital service for the farm managers and owners to minimize the risk of production losses, caused by diseases. The Stalosan team considers the task is done when farmers achieve the best results in their preventive measures.
