Shrimp aquaculture standard launched at ESE

Moving towards sustainable shrimp farming, GLOBALGAP has developed the shrimp farming standard based on demand for sustainable sources, focusing on food safety, animal welfare, environmental and social sustainability.
The standard will be launched at the European Seafood Exposition this afternoon, located at the Holiday Inn Court Garden of Brussels (Belgium).
GLOBALGAP is a private sector body that sets voluntary standards for the certification of agricultural products around the globe.
