I wonder this study were done in the face of ILT outbreak or in the absence of outbreak?

Usually, ILT vaccine is recommended by vaccines producing companies by eye drop method not through drinking water! It is interesting to me to read that it can be given by water !

This study was done in broilers !, I wonder can this be done in layer chickens in the face of ILT outbreak?
