Dear Dr. Stein:
Good article about Alternatives to Antibiotics for pigs. I have recently met there Prof. Bridget Owen, National Soybean Research Laboratory, Univ Illinois, who was the moderator of the ¨Soy Foods and Human Nutrition¨ Session, at the World Soybean Research Conference 2013 (Durban South Africa), where I presented results (¨Soy by-products reutilisation: use of native lactic acid bacteria with probiotic attributes¨).
Basically, the research that I developed at INTA is the re-conversion of waste by-products and agro-food agopecuarios quality (health, functional, pro-biotic) for livestock (mainly pigs and poultry).
Are you interested in this line of research?
