agricultural cooperative

I'm student with little prospect for formal employment and i have started a process of forming an agricultural cooperative, focusing on vegitable production, poultry and piggery. I have access to a small landholding which is enough for the project and also to some famr machinery such irrigation pump, tractor and a Bakkie, but all are not in a working condition. Can any one please assist me in developing a business plan and also to where i can source funding for the project.
