Seminar and webinar: Antibiotic reduction in swine in Europe - Eurotier 2016

 

During EuroTier 2016 in Hannover, Germany, Paolo Trevisi and Dominique Marchand will discuss about the challenges and opportunities that arise from antibiotic reduction in swine in Europe. This seminar will take place on Thursday, November 17th, from 15:30 to 17:00, CET, at the EuroTier Room New York 2. It will also be a webinar that can be followed live at www.pigprogress.net/antibioticreductionwebinar.

Paolo Trevisi, Associate Professor of University of Bologna, will present  "The interest of using probiotics to reduce the use of antibiotics in pigs". Then, Dominique Marchand, Veterinarian at EPIDALIS, will give his lecture "Impact of antibiotic reduction strategies in swine health management".
