ALBERTO GIMENO

Chemical Engineer, he worked 12 years in Spain and 22 in Portugal as Quality Control Director for raw materials and mixed feeds, with special incidence in the mycotoxins area, in a mix feed factory and other enterprises, respectively. During 12 years he is Technical Consultant in mycotoxins and feed/food mycotoxicology. More than 22 years dedicated to applied research of fungistatics (mould inhibitors) and antioxidants agents (techno-commercial area).
