Dr. Gretchen Hill published the results of her research in a variety of journals and species including swine, beef cattle, rats, humans and sheep. Recently, her work with Dr. Don Mahan at Ohio State University has investigated the need of the pig for zinc with practical diets. Additionally, she serves as a reviewer for 17 professional publications and has served as an associate editor for the Journal of Animal Science.
