Layer chicks are not gaining body weight. Can anyone suggest best way to get the std body weight? Present body weight is -60 age is 8 week.

Bv 300 chicks are meeting the required body weight I'm using noveltech LCC gold feed. at present 5th week is running bd wt is -50 gms can anyone suggest how to meet the std bdwt.
