Interesting article about Egg Shell Quality. Very high appreciation for the imput from Dr. Philippe Gossart and Mr. Mathieu Cortyl. Dr. Gossart has been one of the pioneers in Europe on sodium butyrate and no doubt he is very knowlegeable about this salt.
