Dr. Andrew Wilson obtained his Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Animal Science) and his PhD in Ruminant Microbiology from the University of Queensland.Since joining Safe Food Production Queensland in 2010, he has fulfilled a science-based risk assessment role analysing emerging issues, providing advice and conducting projects that included wild game and poultry meat industries. He is passionate about industry engagement and delivering practical solutions to improve food safety in Queensland.
