I am not familiar with available feeds. Replace low quality forage (straw mature grass hay) with a ground grain such as corn, sorghum or milo, barley can be starting grain maybe 3 - 4 kg per cow per day. Feed at time of milking. Cow has low body condition score (BCS) of 2.0 or less which indicates the ration is low in energy. Feces have too much structure - stands too high - a sign of too much indigestible fiber in ration. 75% or more of the feed offered to dairy cow is to meet her energy needs. That is first priority of this cow and your herd if other cows are similar BCS.
