Focusing on silage quality with Lallemand Corn Silage Investigation toolbox and software

Silage represent up to 50% of dairy cow diet, hence silage quality is a key to farm profitability. This in mind, Lallemand Animal Nutrition has developed a Silage investigation tool, the Corn Silage Investigation (CSI), combining a set of tools (corer, thermometer...) and practical software easy to use on the field to assess silage quality and help improve it.
Indeed, the software, which compiles data from the literature, can be applied to help design the silo and/or silo-making conditions (temperature, pH, density, packing...) according to the farm parameters, for optimal silo quality.
The CSI software is already used by technicians who commercialize the LALSIL brand.
Well, I am working in Corn silage production and Marketing baled silage... and I am interested in what you were saying and it sounds good.... but I am wondering how do you measure the compaction of the silage ? and if you can send more details about ( Corn Silage Investigation toolbox and software )? and how I can get them to here, (Jordan)??
Best Regards
