Cooking Trends Area ‐ La Cuisine
Discover the creative gastronomic inspiration of the international ESCOFFIER
Chefs during original culinary demonstrations. The inaugural Hospitality Village will be built near the Cooking Trends Area.
Asian Young Hope Chef Competition
8 candidates from 8 Asian Countries will compete to win the award of the Best
Asian Young Hope Chef ! Come and encourage them on May 19th ‐ awarding ceremony at 3pm !
Trends & Innovations Competition
Discover the market trends through this unique innovation observatory. This year, the innovative world has a strong presence of Chinese, Korean, Spanish products. Don't miss to see the products awarded on SIAL Paris 2010 and SIAL Canada 2011.
Retail & Distribution Area
For the 3rd consecutive year, an area (located in Hall E5) will be exclusively dedicated to pre‐arranged meetings between our exhibitors and the majors retailers and distributors in China. This year, our exhibitors will have the great opportunity to meet : Carrefour, Angliss, Sinodis, Jiadeli, CityShop, Walmart, Lotus...
